  2006-2010 | Installer/ Crew Supervisor

  I was required to lead and supervise a crew of laborers to map out and install fencing materials where specified by the customer. My duties also included but were not limited to; operating a bobcat, using post hole diggers, grinders, welding gates, setting posts in concrete, rolling out and fastening fencing to posts, keeping detailed logs of progress on each location, and reporting to upper management each day.

  I was responsible for delegating tasks to laborers, ensure they were making expected progress, and managing nightly operations in the warehouse. In between managing the laborers, I was responsible for reading blueprints and schematics to effectively paint, using and airless sprayer, metal materials to the customers expectations.
