This one has a lot of old damage as it had been hit hard in the right quarter. It is in process and will update later. There is also a lot of rust and poorly repaired areas. When welding sheetmetal, you have to take your time and keep the metal cool, otherwise there is a lot of warpage. This came from a unknown shop with a lot of poorly executed repairs. All gaps will be set at 3/16 and due to the previous poor execution, I will have to do some refabrication. The cooler you keep your work area, the fewer repairs and time involved. This is where welding is very different in auto repair.
