At Saint Elizabeth Church Vallejo, I was in charge to fix a Chevy Cav, so it could stop overheating. I noticed it didn't have a cooling fan sender based on the search on Mitchell prodemand, so, I just hot wired the fan with wires to test the motor. With the help of my neighbor, we were able to determine that the motor works, and it is not receiving enough power. So, that was when I decided to get a cooling fan relay. Now, it works really well. Next, when I put coolant into the surge tank, the pressure escaped like a river; then, that was when I started to read bulletins about the Chevy and learned, that the caps don't hold pressure very well. So, that is when, I thought it would be a great idea to get a coolant cap for the surge tank. Now, it doesn't lose coolant. Next, I will try to replace the fuel pump and gauge in order to know exactly how much fuel is in the vehicle.
