Shielded Metal Arc Welding

Many shielded metal arc welding welds, some of the best welds are: 3/4 inch overlap-joints E7024 and E7018 (I am able to get smooth weld bead tie-in for 3/4 inch overlap-joints). 16 gauge surface welds flat, horizontal, and vertical down. 3/16 inch tee-joint horizontal E7024. Other welds: E7018 3/8 inch tee-joint 1F to 3F, E6013 11 gauge overlap-joint and tee-joint, and E7024 3/16 inch butt-joint (Back weld bead radiant blue) remaining welds not mentioned already have auto-captions. I completed one of two final projects: E7018, three eighths inch, butt-joint, vertical up with backing bar. This final project succeeded in the bend test. I can weld E6010 butt-joints in all positions, however the vertical up E6010 butt-joint has the best back of weld penetration. I can do E7018 cover-passes in flat, horizontal, and vertical up positions.
