Quickly promoted to Metal Shop Supervisor after starting off with Adam Aircraft as Manufacturing Technician. From there I progressively moved up to the Engineering Department finishing up as a Design and Systems Engineer. My opportunities with Adam Aircraft/AAI included the following: Utilized Solid Edge 2D and 3D to put 100+ aircraft designs and systems on paper and on aircraft. Worked with 200+ vendors collecting data for aircraft designs and systems. Worked closely with the Manufacturing Department implementing new designs and systems. Inspected receivables and various disciplines on aircraft per FAA requirements. Trained and lead four employees for QA Department. Supervised five employees in the Machine, Sheet Metal, and Weld Shops. Ordered machining, sheet metal fabrication, welding, and QA tools and supplies. Consulted with our Engineering Department about designs and systems. As Manufacturing Tech, I was a Composites Tech, Machinist, Sheet Metal Fabricator, and Welder.

Managed our operating needs with 120 vendor accounts and 80 customer accounts.
