Weapons Management as well as comprehensive logistical programs within the Multinational Defense Forces. Developed a safety program that resulted in Zero incidents and Zero accidents for 23 months. Provided field engineering input during all stages of construction to include procurement, scheduling, engineering, planning, estimating, training with extensive coverage of budgeting and project controls as well as daily operations. Interface with Engineers, Craft Superintendents, Military, Fluor Management and foreign subcontract companies to provide Construction Support services for military troops, several multi-national forces, and a number of other civil contractors. Awarded 34 consecutive excellent ratings from the Defense Contract Management Agency for performance. Oversight and control of an annual budget over $75 Million. Organizations supported inclusive of US Department of State, New Zealand Defense Forces, Singapore Defense Forces, US Aid, CIA, DEA, US Army, Malaysian Defense Forces, USACE, Afghan National Police.
