Manage and Lead Craft Department Heads by coaching personnel and management at the sites in the necessary skills to comply with not only QA but with LOGCAP III, KBR, SOW . Continued an ongoing project of constructing and maintaining the largest Internment facility in the world. Awarded 11 consecutive excellent ratings from the DCMA for performance.
