Manage and Lead Craft Department Heads by coaching personnel and management at the sites in the necessary skills to comply with not only QA but with LOGCAP III, KBR, SOW . Continued an ongoing project of constructing and maintaining the largest Internment facility in the world. Awarded 11 consecutive excellent ratings from the DCMA for performance. Successfully presented the LOCGAP AFEB overview to the DCMA, DCAA resulting in excellent ratings for the period of performance. Inform and assist Project Management, with the possession of all working field knowledge of the O&M industry. Work budget accountability on construction projects directly impacting revenue centers viability and quality of service. Review Project Planning Estimates (PPE) as a lead participant. Proudly maintain a delighted customer. Lead group to construct and maintain a FOB for over 3000 troops in a 27 day timeline. Awarded 5 consecutive excellent ratings from the DCMA for performance.

  Responsible for the ground-up construction projects to include troop living areas, dining facilities, major renovations, power grid planning and development, master sewage and drainage planning, water production development. Weapons Management as well as comprehensive logistical programs within the Multinational Defense Forces. Developed a safety program that resulted in Zero incidents and Zero accidents for 23 months. Provided field engineering input during all stages of construction to include procurement, scheduling, engineering, planning, estimating, training with extensive coverage of budgeting and project controls as well as daily operations. Interface with Engineers, Craft Superintendents, Military, Fluor Management and foreign subcontract companies to provide Construction Support services for military troops, several multi-national forces, and a number of other civil contractors. Awarded 34 consecutive excellent ratings from the Defense Contract Management Agency for performance. Oversight and control of an annual budget over $75 Million. Organizations supported inclusive of US Department of State, New Zealand Defense Forces, Singapore Defense Forces, US Aid, CIA, DEA, US Army, Malaysian Defense Forces, USACE, Afghan National Police.
