    • Responsibility and the authority to manage the day-to-day business of the region as directed by the standard regional guidelines within the framework of the AYSO operation regulations • Complied in spirit and letter with the objectives of the organization • Made in a timely manner submissions to the National Support & Training Center of membership, fees, budgets, Information Forms, and other paperwork as required with copies to the area director • Responsible for the performance and the growth of the regional programs for the benefit of the players, the volunteers, and their families • Founding Regional Commissioner for Region 1508 French Valley, building it from 0 players to 900 players at the end of my commission • Awarded Bronze Region Award for maintaining training and program standards set by AYSO National Board of Directors • Managed a budget of over $60,000 each season • Supervised and coordinated the training of 150 to 250 volunteer coaches, referees and team managers • Member of Area 1-R board of directors
