After working at the movie theater for over a year being a sales associate, I was promoted to Janitorial Supervisor, which did not include a pay raise but more hours and to create my own schedule in a sense. I was in idea my own boss because i always worked on my own and only talked to the owner when their was a problem. I had to end up leaving the theater to pass some of the duel-credit classes i needed to put more time towards and too start looking for better job opportunities.
