    I began working with Levy Sports and Entertainment as a Suites Supervisor from 1998- 2000. I was later promoted to Suites Manager from 2001- 2002. From 2001- 2002, I worked as the Purchasing Manager.

    I managed and supervised a large crew working in various constructions projects in the organization. I managed more than 4 projects at a time and coordinated construction activities for all projects. I did budget analysis and cost analysis of all the projects given to me and scheduled all tasks and activities without foregoing quality to keep the budget and cost under control which was well appreciated by the management. Key Contributions:  Increased in productivity levels by streamlining construction processes  Prepared and delivered to management, under extremely quick turnaround timelines, accurate weekly job progress reports

    2003-2009 | Owner

    Owned and managed tile and granite installation business. I was in charge of quoting all customer jobs and coordinating with clients on scheduling their jobs. Assisted clients with tile and granite color and design choices. Supervised all employees and worked to ensure jobs were completed under budget and on time. Key Contributions:  Ensured all jobs were executed in a timely manner  Ensured that all clients were completely satisfied with all aspects of the job

    2009-2010 | Project Manager/ Installer

    I was in charge of the tile division and supervised multiple crews on multiple sites across the bay area. I evaluated job sites of all material needs and purchased materials for jobs. I coordinated and scheduled all phases of job to ensure that all deadlines were met and within budget. I conducted weekly safety meetings and made sure all job sites followed OSHA safety standards. When short staffed, I would jump in as installer to ensure jobs were completed in a timely manner.     Currently manage a crew of four on multiple sites. I evaluate job sites of all material needs and purchase materials for jobs. I coordinate and schedule all job inspections with the city. I am also hands on in the construction process and heavily involved in all aspects of the job from tear out to installation. Key Contributions:  Ensure that job is progressing in a timely manner.

    Currently oversee crews on multiple sites. I evaluate job sites of all material needs for jobs. I coordinate and manage crew schedules. I am also hands-on in the construction process and heavily involved in all aspects of the job from tear out to installation. I also assist with coordinating schedules and problem solving with clients. I review and submit time sheets to payroll as well. Key Contributions:  Ensure that job is progressing in a timely manner  Coordinate and schedule jobs  Oversee jobs daily  Coordinate monthly safety tailgate meetings with employees
