    1991 to 1995: Was responsible for the set-up and operation of bar feed CNC lathes, both the quality of the operation and the quality of the finished part. Prior to that was the second shift supervisor in their 2nd Department.

Worked with buyers and sellers, from homeowners to investors, offering them quality information to help them make an informed decision. 1 Source Realty, Owner / Broker in Charge / Real Estate Broker, January 2009 to November 2012 Responsible for the management of all of the agents, monitoring the quality of service they provided, the quality and completeness of their files, and ensuring every thing was handled properly from start to finish.
