    1996-2004 | National Sales Training Consultant

    Implemented and facilitated various sales training/professional presentation classes throughout the United States. Through general classroom, small group, and one-on-one sessions, helped to develop each participant's selling and presentation skills. By utilizing role-playing techniques and observing live and video taped role-plays, provided on-going feedback for continued improvement.

  • Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology

    Director of Career Services

    Created first ever Career Services department at Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology. Work together with vocational faculty and industry to assist in all aspects of student/graduate job placement/recruitment and career readiness. Proactively network with industry from all program majors and maintain an active database of over 2,500 employers for student placement. Coordinate all Career and Transfer Fairs. Manage annual graduate employment data collection and and tracking; Document progress/success of department on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Monitor and maintain extensive job posting website. Develop and facilitate workshops and seminars on resume writing, interviewing skills, professional presentation, soft skills, social media management, and mock interviews
