  Responsibilities Included: Production Control, Materials Management, and Planning/Scheduling Managed work load and maintenance for press operations and work flow for 5 workstations (10 collators) to maintain a production and shipping schedule. Scheduled and managed a 48hr production cycle using SAP DS and SAP APO with an emphasis on SMED (QCO) benchmarks with respect to reducing waste, minimizing change over and increasing production efficiency to maintain a better than 98% on-time delivery schedule

  Responsibilities Included: Materials/ Inventory Control in accordance to MMAS guidelines. Assist Program Management achieve a Master Delivery Schedule Accuracy of better than 95% by: Analyzing MRP demand and requirements for multi-level BOMs, timely release and disposition of requisitions, coordinating and managing materials movement i.e. costs transfers and borrow/payback and perform pre-release kit check via MIGO. Set-up and manage min/max requirements for time sensitive items and bulk materials using CN22. Analyze and process EO's, PIR's, PD's to ensure bill of material structures are better than 98% accurate per MMAS guidelines

Maintain accurate production status by updating production status reports for assigned programs and communicating issues affecting schedule and production to supervisor, product manager, engineering and other members of the Integrated Product Team

  Responsibilities Includes: Project Management support and ERP (Epicor 9.05) planning, setup, implementation and training. Assisted and coordinated the preparation and maintenance of both “Detailed” and “Milestone” integrated masters schedules, plans and portfolio's. Worked with PM, stakeholders, functional management and team members in all phases (Concept, Design, Procurement, Construction/Light Industrial, Build/Integration, Test, and Delivery) of development and scheduling of the IMS Other duties included developing and managing program reports to include schedule variance, staffing/resource utilization, CPI, SPI and production/timeline status. Also supported the planning, development, setup implementation and training of Epicor 9.05 ERP modules (Project Management, Scheduling, and Engineering) and established production control operations.
