Raised, placed, and united girders, columns, and other structural-steel members to form completed structures or structure frameworks; working as member of a crew. Guided member, using tab line, or rode on member in order to guide it into position. Bolted aligned members to keep them in position until they could be permanently riveted, bolted, and welded in place. Cut and welded steel members to make alterations, using oxyacetylene welding equipment. Stick Welder, Steel Erector; Duties include stick welding for all new construction on sight (i.e. bar joists, bridging, moment welds, roofing, decking, fabrication, maintenance and repairs) Involved in all installation phases of modern structure. Including updated designs from original blue print. Capable of passing all on site welding examinations. Completed OSHA Safety Training Course. Impeccable Ariel construction experience with excellent safety record.
