• Complete turn-arounds for vacant units including inspections. • Produce and complete various work orders; communicate effectively with tenants and staff to complete repairs on time. • Responsible for all building and grounds light maintenance and janitorial duties including, but not limited to: leasing office, kitchen, fitness center, model apartment, property exterior, pool and spa, laundry rooms, garages, and parking structures. • Assist with apartment and ground maintenance (minor repairs, painting, demolition). • Stock/inventory and maintain company work shops; order required parts and/or supplies.
2012-Present | Custodial Worker
• Eligible to work in various positions, including Para-Educator, Instructional Aide, Campus Supervisor (Security), Custodian, Maintenance, Groundskeeper. • Complete maintenance/clean-up of all school grounds, including classrooms, bathrooms, cafeteria, offices, and all common areas. • Complete various reports and maintain records, such as Safety Monitoring and accident and/or incident reports. • Assist and monitor students in moving to and from activities on the school campus. Duties may also include monitoring to, from, and on school buses. • Assist teachers, security, and other faculty with classroom activities for pupils; Provide guidance and examples for students in various areas such as academic learning, social, leisure, and vocational skills. • Communicate with teachers and parents for planning and scheduling activities, instructional goals and objectives, pupil progress, and pertinent health and/or behavior problems. • Assist teachers and counselors with implementation of student’s Individualized Education Program (IEP) through instruction in a wide variety of activities. • Participate as a team member to assist staff with developing and maintaining individual and/or site crisis management plans. • Assist pupils with learning through the use of computers and other teaching aids; Help students to be confident and self-reliant, and motivate students to participate in learning activities. • Perform routine clerical tasks such as making copies, answering telephones, and other related duties as required or assigned.
