  1991-2000 | Superintendent

  Duties include sales, estimating, hiring, testing, scheduling, and overseeing many projects, coordinating all ASME code works for the Nation Board. Oversee the Safety Department in Western Division, Working with such companies as: Chevron oil and gas, Berry Petroleum, Unocal, IMC Chemicals, Gallo Winery, Elk Corp Shingle Plant, Cal Portland, Grimmway Farms, Bolthhouse Farms, Ruiz Foods, Edison Mission, and many others. Coordinating multiple projects from schedule driven to T&M.

  2001-2009 | Speciality Construction Manager

  Developer of the Specialty Construction Division, duties include, Managing and Marketing Companies such as: OHEI, Chevron, Nestle Purina Pet care, IMC Chemical Trona, Bolthouse Farms, PXP, Edison Mission, Del Monte Veg. Projects include pipeline, compressor installation, conveying and packaging equipment, boiler and vessel repair, Large concrete Projects. Recruiting qualified personnel such as: Superintendents, field foremen, safety coordinators to manage 220 employees in this Division. Completed QC packages for OHEI for their Projects at their completion.

  Managing such Projects as VA National Cemetery realignment project $2-4 million annually. Develop QC Manual for pressure vessel, repair of Cogeneration and Power plant shut downs. Managed multiple oil and gas projects at Vintage Lost Hills; including Orchard Petroleum, Nations Petroleum, and Edison Mission Power. Nestle Purina Pet care upgrades MHSA part 46, duties include coordinate all required material and testing of personnel to meet the Nation Board and all state requirements of ASME R code stamp.

  Managed multiple projects with Paramount Farms; 3.2 million new facilities at Firebaugh and 1.3 million waste water project at Paramount Lost Hills Kings facility. Ongoing projects at Bolthouse Farms and Paramount Citrus New Cutie Plant; this project is going into its second year. Duties include: Estimate, coordinate, run cost analysis, recruit personnel for each of these projects. Provide MS project schedules. Other construction projects with: Orchard Petroleum, Nestle Purina Pet Care part 46 MSHA, Munger Farms Blueberry upgrades, South Valley pump, and Vintage Oil Lost Hills facility upgrades.
