Service Manager
o Largest Company Area (Maryland & D.C.; Assist with Virginia Beach, Richmond, and Northern Virginia): Includes 65 Aldi Locations, 57 Targets, 13 Government Bases, and 12 Save-A-Lot Locations o Responsibilities include: Dispatching and running various service calls during the day, as well as nights and weekends to provide on-site problem resolution, averaging over 50 hours per week Acting as a liaison between store management and company employees Training employees & subcontractors to resolve problems and meet store specifications Mentoring employees with proper techniques and customer service skills to improve their trade Assisting in the negotiations for Target contracts Prioritizing emergency calls Coordinating part orders and deliveries
