  I have over 9 years construction/ carpentry experience. I am presently employed as lead carpenter, foreman and have recently completed a gut rehab commercial/ residential project in Bethlehem PA. This project consisted of commercial kitchen , office space and residential apartments. Responsibilities have included estimating, material take off and acquisition as well as all carpentry tasks from framing to finish. I served as primary on-site contact for all subcontractors as well as for owners representative. I am presently working towards an A.S in Construction Management at Northampton Community College with 3 more credits needed for a Diploma. I hold LEED GA certification as well as state Weatherization certifications.
