King Brothers was a Residential Framing Company. I started as a general laborer and left as an apprentice framer. Our projects were all wood frame homes at 2500 to 3000 square feet.

CLP is a nationwide provider of skilled trades people for high end residential, commercial, industrial, institutional and energy contractors. In this position I managed all company revenues, pricing, gross margin and field level profit. Managed total company revenues, gross margins and net profits while overseeing direction of 200+ operations and sales staff and 2,500+ field employees in 50+ locations across the country. I started as a Job Coordinator in 1993(Recruiter) and worked my way up through a number of roles at the local, regional and national levels.

This position was responsible for managing total company revenues, gross margins and branch level profits, while servicing a depressed construction industry. Direct oversight of 20+ sales/operations staff and 500+ field employees in 15 locations throughout the Eastern United States. TradeSource's primary trades focus was electricians, sheetmetal installers, plumbers and carpenters.

VIA was the largest and leading home technology integrator in the United States. The Company performed all facets of home automation and control from pre wire to final equipment installation and programming. In this role I worked with, and managed, over 280 employees many of which were Installation and Service Technicians, Project Managers and Operations Managers.
