On the $300M Motorola (MOS 13) computer chip manufacturing center in Austin. Oversaw and supervised all the structural concrete work such as walls, columns, elevated concrete decks etc.

Three bridges in Alabama. One was a precast structure and two were cast in place bridges for ADOT. Project size and price varied from $600K to $1.5M.

Loreto – Baja California, Mexico- (Most complex project as a Superintendent). The project was about $100M (U.S equivalent approximately $400 million), on a five-star resort community. All the structures were cast-in-place concrete. Repaired and prevented damage to structures and foundation pads because of the hurricane activity that occurred there. Directed activities of all field personnel on this project. Coordinated work with Environmental engineers so this project site conformed to very strict environmental guidelines. These guidelines had to be followed because of the projects very close location to Mexico’s largest (the worlds) natural water park. Created the construction project’s job safety program based on OSHA guidelines. Conferred with and directed assistant superintendents, foremen and all the subcontractors’ supervisors on a weekly basis on scheduling revisions, safety meetings etc.

BRIDGE & ROAD: Supervised the work on several structural concrete bridges, concrete water retention ponds, box culverts, sidewalks etc. for TxDOT. The EFCO, Symons and the snap tie system were used on these projects. AUSTIN COMMERCIAL: This was a design- build project / cost plus .This was a one (1) million sq. ft. project. Managed all of the structural concrete work, the masonry work, and the “rough” & “fine” finish inside.

On the Mansfield Dam Bridge that is 170 feet above the Colorado River. Focused on the skirt columns, some of them were 150 feet above the river and all are hollow on the inside. Project price was $20M.
