I have covered US Military Installations for both the Dept. of Homeland Security and the Department of Defense for the last several years in a supervisory position in both venues. My continued interaction makes me a valuable asset to both Military and non Military contractors as the DOD and DHS have separate protocols as to accomplishing the goal and tasks at hand. I have several valid certifications not necessarily needed by non military contractors but believe they factor in on any job be it large or small and they are very specific in training for contractor safety PPE and OSHA Standards. Accomplishments: I have a 100% success and completion rate never going over budget and maintaining a clear and concise safety protocol. I hold 2 OSHA Certs and an Army Corps of Engineering cert. I am a full service superintendent not a 1 trade man. My projects are never the same and rarely on the same base. I am no nonsense and understand that if the Superintendent is not at work the job shuts down. I never shut a project down, I am extremely proud of that fact and have many letters from the Government thanking me for my work ethic and project completions. Skills Used: I am a people person that believes in an honest days pay for an honest days work. I work well with Contracting Officers the Military as a whole and the different personalities that contractors must deal with to complete each project and believe me dealing with the Company. The Government and sub-contractors can be a task. I trust my buffering skills and have had great success as the buffer.
